Reservation request for a outdoor sport field
If you would like to reserve a outdoor sport field for a private event, complete the reservation request form below. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation within a few days of submitting your request. Please note that in the event of a major emergency, the City reserves the right to occupy the sport field.
Plan to submit your request 72 business hours before your event takes place. Any request outside of this timeframe will be denied.
Once your reservation request has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. Payment must be made in cash or credit card at the recreation centre desk or by phone at 450-672-4444 before the event. For a refund, cancellation must be made 72 hours before the date of your event.
The fact of submitting a reservation request does not guarantee that the sport field is available. Please wait for confirmation from the City before going ahead and organizing your event.
Rules
- Subletting is prohibited;
- The tenant is responsible for all theft and/or damage to Ville de Saint-Lambert property.
You must have a citizen card to reserve an outdoor sport field, whether you are a resident or non-resident. To obtain a Citizen Card, visit the Citizen Card page.
