Access Saint-Lambert Program

To encourage all children in the community to participate in its recreational activities, the Ville de Saint-Lambert offers the Access Saint-Lambert Program to low-income families. This program covers all registration fees up to a maximum of $500 per year per child.

It applies to all recreational, sports and cultural activities offered in the Loisirs à la carte program, as well as to the day camps. A list of these activities can be found in the Publications section .

The Ville de Saint-Lambert hopes that the young people of Saint-Lambert will be able to have fun, discover new things and get moving without restriction!

This program can be applied annually for each child in a family, and is awarded on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Family income before taxes must be below Statistics Canada's low-income cut-off, increased by 15% for wealthier regions (see table below)
Seuils des revenus
  • Children must be under 18 years of age;
  • Children must reside in Saint-Lambert;
  • The application must be completed by a parent. In the case of shared custody, only one parent is eligible;
  • Children must have a citizen card (bciti+) with a valid recreation pass;
  • The registration form must be completed and validated by Entraide Saint-Lambert.

Here are the steps to apply. Please allow a maximum of 10 working days after submitting your application.

  1. You must first complete the form and send it to Entraide Saint-Lambert at entraidestl.dons@gmail.com to validate your eligibility for the program. The organization will ask you for a copy of the federal or provincial notice of assessment for each parent.
  2. Once Entraide Saint-Lambert has verified your eligibility, it will inform the Ville de Saint-Lambert of its decision.
  3. The Ville de Saint-Lambert will confirm your children's registration for the requested activities, or contact you if necessary.
If you wish to add an activity during the same year, you do not need to resubmit your form to Entraide Saint-Lambert. The program runs from January 1 to December 31.
