Participate in problem resolution
Even though the Public Works crew regularly patrols the municipality, citizens are often the first to notice something that is broken or damaged. By reporting an issue as soon as you see it, you’ll be contributing to improving your environment and the quality of services offered. You’ll be helping us to respond faster to correct various situations throughout the municipality.
Using geolocation, the Citizen Space allows you to obtain personalized information based on your place of residence. For example, you will automatically see collection schedules based on your address, in addition to receiving reminders the day before. It will also be possible to check the opening status of certain municipal services or facilities in real time.
The portal also provides direct links to our various online services: viewing your tax account, registering for recreational activities, accessing tickets for shows and library activities, and more.
