Participate in the Saint-Lambert Days as an organization

This year, the Saint-Lambert Days will take place from August 21 to 23, 2026 on Victoria Avenue. This will be the 50th edition of this lively sidewalk sale, featuring a variety of shows and entertainment. Participating in the festivities is a unique opportunity for organizations to make themselves known to the Lambert population. The festivities highlight the exclusive services offered by the city's organizations, as well as their enchanting setting on a human scale.

As an organization, you'll be grouped around Gordon Park, where you'll be able to make contact with the many visitors. The location of sports organizations will be determined at a later date.

An organization can reserve 1 space and 1 10 ft x 10 ft E-Z Up style tent (provided by the City with 1 table and 2 chairs, as well as a 15-amp outlet). We invite you to liven up and embellish your booth during the event, to make it attractive to visitors and encourage the public to come and visit! The number of booths and spaces that can be reserved is limited.

You have until June 12, 2026 to reserve your space.

We'll contact you in early July to plan the rest.

Time slot when you will be present
In case of damage or loss of equipment, you will be directly charged. The Ville de Saint-Lambert is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your equipment and materials during the event.


*If you choose not to use a tent provided by the city, you must bring your own tent (maximum 10 ft x 10 ft) and 4 weights of 11 kg (25 lbs) to reserve a space.

Fees apply under the pricing regulations in the event of cancellation of the reservation after August 3, 2026 or in the event of absence from your booth during the Fêtes de Saint-Lambert.
