Reserve a booth at the Saint-Lambert Days as a partner

The Saint-Lambert Days are back this year from August 21 to 23 on Victoria Avenue. This will be the 50th edition of this lively sidewalk sale, featuring a variety of shows and entertainment, as well as the presence of organizations. Participating in the festivities is a unique opportunity for merchants to promote themselves to the Lambert population.

More than just a party, this event contributes to the reputation of our urban downtown by highlighting local purchasing and its unique commercial environment. The festivities succeed in highlighting its exclusive service offering and its enchanting setting at human level.

Every year, tens of thousands of people, around fifty merchants and partners, and around fifteen organizations take part in the festivities. As a merchant, this is an event not to be missed!

Let's make the Saint-Lambert Days an eco-responsible event!

Particular attention will be paid to the use of resources in order to make the event as environmentally responsible as possible. As such, we'll print as little material as possible, and use as much reusable signage on site as possible, year after year. The use of any disposable plastic material (individual water bottles, utensils, straws, etc.) will also be prohibited. An on-site team will be on hand to raise awareness of the importance of sorting residual materials.

Booth rental includes:

  • 1 E-Z Up style tent (10 ft x 10 ft)
  • 1 table and 2 chairs
  • 4 removable tent sides
  • Maximum of 1 15-amp electrical outlet (you must specify the equipment that will be plugged into your booth on the reservation form)

Space rental includes:

  • 1 space (10 ft x 10 ft)*
  • 1 table and 2 chairs
  • Maximum of 1 15-amp electrical outlet (you must specify the equipment that will be plugged into your booth on the reservation form)

* You must bring your own E-Z Up style tent (10 ft x 10 ft) equipped with 4 11 kg (25 lb) weights. You must rent the number of 10 ft x 10 ft spaces required based on the size or number of tents used.

  • Electrical installations required according to the information provided in the form, within the limits of the site's electrical capacity.

Within the four streets of the event, only non-rigid E-Z Up style tents will be permitted in front of stores. This measure is intended to reduce the amount of time streets are closed to traffic and the presence of obstacles such as concrete blocks on site.
  1. Liability: The Ville de Saint-Lambert accepts no liability for any damage to your equipment or materials during the event.
  2. Electrical equipment: No lighting will be provided in the evening to illuminate the tents. As electrical capacity is limited on site, restaurant operators must provide a complete list of the equipment that will be plugged into their kiosks. A City representative will contact them to validate their needs and confirm what can be provided in terms of electricity. No additional electrical installations will be possible on site.
  3. Reservations and cancellations: Space reservations are not exchangeable. In the event of cancellation before June 12, 2026, a fee of 50% of the total invoice amount will be retained. After this date, no refunds will be made, even in the event of bad weather during the event.
  4. Payment: Full payment must be made within 10 working days of receipt of invoice.
  5. Safety: If you are using your own tent, you must provide four 11 kg (25 lb) weights to ensure that it is properly secured.
  6. Registration deadline: June 12, 2026.

The reservation form is not an official confirmation. In order to validate your presence, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail following receipt of the form.

You have until June 12, 2026 to send us your reservation request by completing the form below. If your reservation request is accepted, you will receive instructions on positioning your booth a few days before the event.

  • Friday, August 21: 10 a.m. to midnight
  • Saturday, August 22: 10 a.m. to midnight
  • Sunday, August 23: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
