PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR MINOR EXEMPTION
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the municipal council of the City of Saint-Lambert will rule on a request for a minor exemption to Zoning Bylaw 2024-215 for the property mentioned below at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, 19 January 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Multipurpose Centre, located at 81 Hooper Street in Saint-Lambert.

Nature of the request:
This minor exemption request seeks to authorise the use of less than 60% natural stone or clay brick for the cladding of each façade, thereby contravening section 4.3.5, paragraph 4, subparagraph 1 of Zoning By-law 2024-215.
Provision concerned:
Section 4.3.5, paragraph 4, subparagraph 1 of Zoning Bylaw 2024-215.
Consequently, any interested party may be heard by the council regarding this request at the regular meeting to be held on 19 January 2026.
