The Ville de Saint-Lambert will welcome new members to its management team this summer. These experienced managers will help ensure the continuity of municipal operations, support existing teams, and carry out strategic priorities. On July 15, during a special meeting, the City Council appointed the following individuals:
- Marc Proulx, Deputy Director General
- Carolyne Jouvray-Rouleau, Director of Engineering and Sustainable Land Use Planning
- Martin Dicaire, Director of Public Works
- Magalie Jacob, Director of Organizational Development, Digital Initiatives, and Communications
These key positions are in addition to those of City Clerk Camille Benoit and Assistant City Clerk Carole Leroux, who were hired following the regular meeting on July 6.
These appointments reflect the City of Saint-Lambert’s commitment to relying on a team of experienced managers whose complementary expertise will enrich the organization and help guide it as it evolves.
“Faced with tight deadlines, we have assembled a dream team to implement the priorities of the council recently elected by the public and provide top-notch services to our citizens. The challenges are very real, but I know I can count on highly dedicated employees who give their all every day, despite limited resources and an increasingly demanding financial environment. I am confident that this new team will continue the work with the same commitment to excellence," said Executive Director Jonathan Tabarah.
Mayor Loïc Blancquaert and the entire city council are also delighted with these appointments, which represent a significant step forward for the city’s development.
“I would like to congratulate and welcome the new members joining our organization. The arrival of this new team reflects the city council’s unanimous commitment to having dedicated managers who will help shape a city on a human scale while strengthening services for residents. “We received several excellent applications, which demonstrates how Saint-Lambert remains an employer of choice in the South Shore,” added Mayor Loïc Blancquaert.
