SIMPLE ACTIONS
On a day-to-day basis, it's easy to show respect and gratitude to the seniors in our lives. Here are a few simple ways to do so:
- say “thank you"
- visit, call or video message and take the time to say “hello”;
- running errands for a senior;
- helping with outdoor tasks;
- take a walk with them.
Be sure to express your recognition and thanks to the older adults in your circle on this special day.
