UPDATE | The preventive boil water advisory that was in effect for residents of Oak, between Green and Lespérance, is now lifted. It is no longer necessary to boil water before consuming it.
Due to work to replace a flowmeter at the Le Royer drinking water treatment plant, Riverside Street will be closed between Edison and Fort avenues until May 17.
Already in spring mode, the latest snowstorm took us all by surprise. Because of poor visibility during the storm and the ground not being sufficiently frozen, some strips of turf were damaged by the imposing machinery we use to clear snow from streets and sidewalks. Our public works team is aware of the problem and will be busy repairing them between now and June.
