Freezing rain and strong winds: The Public Works Department will conduct special branch collection drives

Following this week’s freezing rain and high winds, the City will be conducting special branch collection.
If you wish to dispose of branches, you must submit a request to the Public Works Department by Friday, March 20, via the online request platform or by calling 450-672-4444, option 5.
The following guidelines must be followed; otherwise, your branches will not be picked up:
Branches must be 6 inches (15.2 cm) in diameter or smaller.*
Branches must be no longer than 8 feet (2.4 m).
Branches must not be tied into bundles. They must be neatly lined up along the sidewalk (without blocking it), with the cut ends facing the street.
The maximum volume of branches allowed is 8 feet (2.4 m) wide by 4 feet (1.2 m) high.
*Branches larger than 6 inches (15.2 cm) in diameter must be cut into logs no longer than 2 feet (61 cm).
