On December 1, 2025, starting at 7:30 p.m., at 81 Hooper Street in Saint-Lambert, the demolition committee will rule on an amendment to the conditions of a demolition permit application approved on July 5, 2023, for the building located at 105 Upper Edison Street in Saint-Lambert.
In Saint-Lambert, an immovable may not be demolished in whole or in part without first obtaining a demolition permit. The Demolition Committee is responsible for reviewing all requests for such permits.
