Pairing request
You may request that two friends registered for the same camp be placed in the same group. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Guidelines:
- A maximum of one request to pair with another child per week.
- Both children must be registered for the same camp.
- The parents of both children must complete the request form.
- Requests to be paired must be submitted no later than 9:00 PM on the Monday before the start of the camp week in question. Example: Child 1 wants to be paired with Child 2 in Week 7: we must receive a form from Child 1’s parent + a form from Child 2’s parent by no later than Monday of Week 6.
- A separate form must be completed for each pairing request.
Example:- Child 1 wishes to be paired with Friend 1 in Week 7 = One form
- Child 1 wishes to be paired with Friend 2 in Week 8 = Second form
