On April 15, 2026, starting at 6:30 p.m., at 81 Hooper Street in Saint-Lambert, the Demolition Committee will rule on an application for a partial demolition permit for the garage attached to the building located at 266 Montrose Boulevard in Saint-Lambert.
In Saint-Lambert, an immovable may not be demolished in whole or in part without first obtaining a demolition permit. The Demolition Committee is responsible for reviewing all requests for such permits.
