Arts and Culture
The aim of the Arts and Culture department is to promote the personal fulfilment of Saint-Lambert’s citizens by offering them a wide range of cultural activities. Its main mandates are to:
- manage a number of projects within the context of the cultural development agreement between the City and Québec’s Ministère de la Culture et des Communications;
- develop joint initiatives and partnerships with the various stakeholders in development (recognized cultural organizations, the Corporation for the Economic Development of Saint-Lambert, partners, etc.); and
- continue to pursue cultural mediation and heritage enhancement initiatives.

- 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday :
- 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday :
- 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday :
- 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday :
- 8:30 a.m. to noon
