Citizen satisfaction survey : Your City wants to know what you think!

The Ville de Saint-Lambert is committed to providing quality services to its residents. Aware that your needs and habits are constantly evolving, we would like to survey you on your level of satisfaction with our services and activities. We will also take this opportunity to validate your opinions and perceptions on certain municipal issues.

For this survey, the Ville de Saint-Lambert has teamed up with Léger for its expertise in the municipal world. The Municipal Indicator study, which we have chosen to conduct, also enables us to compare the City's performance with those of other municipalities.

For this study, two data collection activities, each lasting approximately fifteen minutes, will be carried out in collaboration with Léger:

• A scientific telephone survey of a representative sample of the Lambert population;
• An online questionnaire accessible to all residents until March 27, 2024 at the following address: https://api.legerweb.com/sondagesaintlambert.

This rigorous survey will be conducted over the coming months. We will present the highlights in June.
