Migration to bciti+: Your citizen portal gets even better!

Published on 16 Feb 2024

bciti+

The Ville de Saint-Lambert will soon be migrating its citizen portal to the new bciti+ platform. This platform will retain the same digital functionalities that characterize the current version, and will also offer a few new ones.

For citizens, bciti+ remains the best way to receive notices and notifications of municipal services, be informed in the event of an alert, make a request, access their citizen card, manage their family accounts and renew their subscriptions - anywhere, anytime.

The new bciti+ interactive platform mobile application is available in the App Store or Google Play Store. The City of Saint-Lambert invites users to download it now, as the current application will no longer work once the migration is complete.

Discover an improved version

As soon as they open the platform, whether on a mobile device or a computer, citizens will notice the completely modernized interface designed to enhance the user experience and ensure seamless use of the mobile application and web portal. The simplified, more intuitive navigation, combined with a streamlined look and feel, enables users to carry out their desired actions more quickly.

The home page will now offer key news, upcoming events and the status of various buildings, in addition to alerts of current interest. It's a great improvement for keeping abreast of what's happening in the city at a glance.

A simple transition for users

Using the new bciti+ platform will be very easy for both existing and new users.

  • For citizens who already have a bciti account : People who already have a bciti account don't need to create a new one on bciti+: their information has been transferred and their login details remain the same. Nor do they need to re-subscribe to notifications, as their existing settings have been retained. The address for accessing the online platform remains the same: saint-lambert.b-citi.com.

To receive push notifications and access bciti+ from your cell phone or tablet, you will need to download the new bciti+ application free of charge from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • For citizens who do not yet have a bciti+ account : People who have not yet subscribed to bciti must create an account using bciti+. This can be done online at saint-lambert.b-citi.com or by downloading the free bciti+ application from the App Store or Google Play Store.
