Rehabilitation of Bromley, Rivermere and Osborne

In 2021, the Ville de Saint-Lambert rebuilt Bromley Avenue, Osborne Street (between Montrose Boulevard and Rivermere Avenue) and Rivermere Avenue (between Riverside Drive and Osborne Street).

Starting August 8, the contractor will return to the site to lay the final course of asphalt.

Schedule

  • Monday, August 8 and Tuesday, August 9: preparatory work
  • Wednesday, August 10 and Thursday, August 11: paving work

The schedule is subject to change depending on the weather.

Traffic

Starting August 8, several streets in the area will be closed to traffic. A detour route will be set up. We invite you to follow the signs that will be installed soon.

Area residents

Local traffic will be permitted in the area. However, on Wednesday, August 10 and Thursday, August 11, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., residents of the following streets will not be able to enter or exit their driveways due to the paving work:

  • Bromley Avenue
  • Osborne Street (between Montrose Boulevard and Rivermere Avenue)
  • Rivermere Avenue (between Riverside Drive and Osborne Street).
