Summary | By-law amending the by-law revising the city of saint-lambert’s urban plan in order to modify the boundaries of the ré-5 recreational land use area and those of the r-6 residential land use area (2019-42-2) [translation]

Wednesday 1 May 2019

At its regular sitting held on March 18, 2019, Council adopted resolution 2019-03-075, adopting the By-law amending the By-law revising the City of Saint-Lambert’s urban plan in order to modify the boundaries of the Ré-5 recreational land use area and those of the R-6 residential land use area (2019-42-2). [translation].

This amending by-law of the urban plan modifies the plan No. 5 entitled “land use areas” of the By-law revising the City of Saint-Lambert’s urban plan (2008-42) to, on one hand, enlarge the Ré-5 land use area within part of the R-6 land use area and, on the other hand, to enlarge the R-6 land use area within part of the Ré-5 land use area. These modifications restored the boundaries of these two land use areas of the urban plan as they were before the By-law revising the City of Saint-Lambert’s urban plan in order to modify the boundaries of the RÉ-5 recreational land use area and those of the R-6 residential land use area (2018-42-1) [translation] came into force on October 17, 2018.

The boundaries of the Ré-5 and R-6 land use areas of the urban plan which are modified by this by-law are shown in the illustrations below.

This by-law came into force on the day of its publication, on March 20, 2019. It may be consulted at the City Hall during business hours.

This summary is given in accordance with the section 110.3 of the Act respecting land use planning and development (CQLR, chapter A-19.1).
