Second notice | Sale for non-payment of taxes
NOTICE is hereby given that the immovables hereunder described, with or without building, located in the City of Saint-Lambert, will be sold at public auction in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 55 Argyle Avenue in Saint-Lambert, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. for the recovery of taxes due, as well as duties on transfers of immovables, with interest, costs and penalties, unless said taxes, interest, costs and penalties are paid before the sale.

The above-mentioned immovable is on the Quebec cadastre, Registration division of Chambly and located in the City of Saint-Lambert.
It will be sold with building thereon and appurtenances, subject to all easements attached to said immovables. The amount of the adjudication shall be remitted immediately in cash, bank draft or by certified cheque payable to the City of Saint-Lambert.
Furthermore, the purchaser must produce the following documents:
Natural person: a document certifying his or her name.
Legal person: True copy of the resolution authorizing a representative to purchase immovables at the said sale.
