Request for minor exemption (244 De Bromley Avenue)
Public notice is hereby given that request for minor exemption have been submitted to the Ville de Saint-Lambert Municipal Council for the following propertie:
- 244 De Bromley Avenue
The request is to obtain a minor exemption to reduce the left side setback of the existing house to 1.75 metres, whereas the table of specific provisions for zone RA-8 of Zoning by-law 2008-43 requires a side setback of 1.90 metres in the presence of a wall opening.
The Ville de Saint-Lambert Municipal Council will rule on the said request for minor exemption at its regular sitting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on April 15, 2019 at 55 Argyle Avenue, Saint-Lambert. All interested parties could make their views known to the Council at this meeting.
