Request for minor exemption
Notice is hereby given that a request for a minor exemption concerning the following property has been submitted to the Saint-Lambert Municipal Council:
200, Walnut Avenue
The request is for a minor exemption to reduce the secondary front and rear setbacks to 2.59 metres and 3.92 metres respectively, whereas the table of specific provisions in Zoning by-law (2008-43) stipulates that in zone RA-4, the front setback must be a minimum of 4.5 metres and the rear setback must be a minimum of 7.5 metres.
The project consists of demolishing and rebuilding a solarium with a roof on the same foundation for the single-family house built in 1960 on a corner lot.
The Ville de Saint-Lambert Municipal Council will rule on the said request at its regular sitting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on September 16, 2019 at 55 Argyle Avenue, Saint-Lambert. All interested parties could make their views known to the Council at this meeting.
