Coming into force of the by-law number 2019-122-4

Public notice is hereby given that at the regular sitting of the Ville de Saint-Lambert Municipal Council, held on June 10, 2019, the following by-law was adopted:

  • By-law amending the By-law concerning the delegation to public servants and employees of the power to authorize expenditures and to enter into contracts in the name of the City (2019-122-4) [translation]

The purpose of this by-law is to amend the By-law concerning the delegation to public servants and employees of the power to authorize expenditures and to enter into contracts in the name of the City (2014-122) [translation] to:

  1. to bring it into conformity with the new administrative structure adopted on 1 April 2019;
  2. to make two concordance corrections.

This by-law comes into force on the day of its publication and may be consulted at the City Clerk’s Office, located at 55 Argyle Avenue in Saint-Lambert, from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Friday, from 8:30 to noon or on the City’s website at: www.saint-lambert.ca.
