PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the municipal Council of the City of Saint-Lambert will give a decision on the application for a minor exemption from Planning by-laws, for the property mentioned below, during the regular meeting to be held on Monday, October 4th, 2021 from 7:30 p.m., at the Centre multifonctionnel, located at 81 Hooper in Saint-Lambert

Nature of the application
A minor exemption is necessary in order to authorize three cladding materials on the front facade of the building, while article 4.7 c) of Zoning By-law 2008-43 only authorizes two on the front facade; as well as to authorize the extension of the existing second floor in left projection, while the table of specific provisions for zone RA-3 only authorizes one floor.
