The City of Saint-Lambert invites residents to immerse theirself in the magic of Christmas through the many activities that will be offered as the holidays approach.

Lighting of the Christmas tree

Friday, November 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The Corporation for the Economic Development of Saint-Lambert invites children and adults alike to participate in the lighting of the Christmas tree and the launch of Christmas activities in Saint-Lambert. Winter stories told around a cozy fire, tasty sweets and a children’s choir are all on the agenda. Bring your family along to get into the holiday spirit and join in the singsong.

The Saint-Lambert Elf Hunt

From Saturday, November 30 to Sunday, December 8

As the holidays draw near, Lambertin, the city's resident elf, and his buddies have been sighted carrying out their mischief in various shops in the Village! The Corporation for the Economic Development of Saint-Lambert invites children to use their keen sense of observation to track down as many elves as possible. Handel’s Messiah

Festival Classica brings you Handel’s Messiah, the beloved masterwork of the holiday season played on period instruments. This magnificent performance will take you back to the 18th century, with conductor Eric Milnes leading the musicians and singers of L’Harmonie des saisons directly from the harpsicord, as did Handel in his day! Santa Claus comes to Saint-Lambert!

The Corporation for the Economic Development of Saint-Lambert invites Lambertans to come and watch Santa Claus parade along Victoria Ave accompanied by an elf, a princess and a juggler. Then he’ll welcome children into the cozy atmosphere of his brand-new house, where they can whisper their secret wish lists in his ear. The Village will also be filled with tasty treats and old-fashioned games!

Christmas Farmers’ Market

On Saturday, December 14, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sunday, December 15, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Be sure to drop by the Christmas Farmers’ Market featuring gourmet delights and the culinary arts, much like the summer market. Artisans and farmers will offer gourmet gifts and handcrafted creations in a friendly, festive atmosphere.
