The Engineering, Urban Planning and Environment Office is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling resources and technical activities, and for orienting City Council in decisions regarding issues related to Saint-Lambert’s territory. The director assists and advises the city management team with regard to any questions pertaining to technical activities that involve engineering, urban planning and the environment. 

He proposes orientations, develops policies and master plans, negotiates agreements with partners, and carries out oversight functions regarding practices and needs. He also makes recommendations, files reports and analyses, and supervises numerous projects.
