Council meeting of February 14, 2022

City Council will hold its usual monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m.

COVID-19 | Closed to public attendance
Following the government announcements of December 30, 2021 and as a precaution because of COVID-19, the meeting will take place via videoconference. To watch the meeting live, visit our YouTube page. It will be available as a replay with a 24-hour delay.

Question periods
To participate in the first question period, log in no lather than 7:15 p.m. on the ZOOM platform. After clicking on the link, you will arrive in a virtual waiting room. You have two options:

1) Ask a live question: wait in the room. When it's your turn, the technician will connect you to the meeting. Introduce yourself, then ask your question. If you're listening to the session on YouTube at the same time, when it's your turn to speak, be sure to mute the video. Otherwise, you will create an echo and no one will hear anything anymore.

2) Ask a question in writing: use the chat provided in ZOOM. Write your name and your question. You can then leave the waiting room. The Director General will read your question in due time so that the Mayor can answer it.

To participate in the second period, you must log on to the ZOOM platform as soon as the first question period is over. If you participate in the first question period and wish to ask a question in the second question period, you will have to log in again.

The agenda and supporting documents will be available on the Friday before the meeting.
