Revision of the list
The Ville de Saint-Lambert’s electoral list is constituted from the list of domicilied electors entered on the permanent electoral list of Québec. However, the returning officer may, up to October 3, 2021, add to that list the names of persons entitled to be entered as the owners of an immovable or as the occupants of a business establishment.
The electoral list should be deposited on or about October 8, 2021 at the latest, and may be consulted as of that date at the office of the returning officer situated at 55 Argyle Avenue.
Apply for entry, correction or striking
As of October 9, 2021, a notice indicating, for every address, the name of electors entered on the electoral list as well as the place, days and times of revision of the electoral list will be sent to every address in the territory of the Ville de Saint-Lambert. If the details on that notice are incomplete or inaccurate, the elector should appear before the board of revisors and apply for entry, correction or striking, as the case may be.
The board of revisors will sit at City Hall located at 55 Argyle Avenue:
- on Monday, October 18, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.;
- on Tuesday, October 19, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
You will have to submit two documents to validate your request:
- One of the documents must include at least the first name, the last name and the date of birth of the person whose registration is requested. For example, but not limited to: Canadian passport, birth certificate, Canadian citizenship certificate, health insurance card, hospital card, etc.
- The other document must include at least the first name, the last name and the address of the person whose registration is requested. For example, but not limited to: driver's license, report card, student card, electricity or telephone bill, etc.
