As of October 9, 2021, a reminder card will be sent to every elector entered on the list indicating his or her electoral district, polling division, the place where elector may exercise the right to vote as well as the names of the candidates for Mayor and for councilor for his or her district.
Electors should keep the reminder card and present it to the elections personnel on voting day.
Proof of identity
To be able to exercise the right to vote, an elector must establish his or her identity by presenting one of the following identity documents:
- a medical insurance card issued by the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec;
- a plastified driver’s licence or learner’s permit issued by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec;
- a Canadian passport;
- a certificate of Indian status issued to persons recorded in the Indian Register under the Indian Act;
- a Canadian Forces identification card issued under Order CFAO 26-3 by the Department of National Defence.
It should be noted that no other document is acceptable as establishing an elector’s identity when for that person intends to exercise his or her right to vote.
If an elector is unable to present any of the above-mentioned documents, he or she will be directed to the elector identify verification table at the polling station.
Advance poll will take place on Sunday, October 31, 2021 and Monday, November 1, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the recreation centre located at 600 Oak Avenue.
Electors entered on the electoral list may exercise their right to vote on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following locations:

Voting by mail due to COVID-19
You can vote by mail if, between October 17 and October 27, you must comply with an order or a recommendation from public health authorities to isolate. To vote by mail, you must make a verbal or written request to the returning officer no later than October 27.
