Beowulf is a young warrior who fights Grendel, the giant water monster in a serpent’s body. The story takes us to Denmark to the depths of a foul-smelling marsh, where Grendel lives and from which he emerges each day to terrorize the inhabitants of Kin Hrodgar’s castle. A short post-show meeting will give you a chance to discover the fantastical world where the tale takes place.

Tickets are on sale at the library (490 Mercille Avenue) or on the evening of the event at the multi-purpose center (81 Hooper Street).
