Additional library services
To complement the temporary library services offered at the multi-purpose centre, the City of Saint-Lambert offers you other services to accommodate you during the renovation work on our local library.
August 17, 2017 | If all continues as planned, the library will reopen on October 16, according to regular opening hours. The temporary service outlet will, therefore, close its doors on September 15 at 9 p.m.
During the transition period, users will still have access to the library’s online resources (databases, digital loans, virtual magazines and newspapers, dictionaries, etc.) as well as to the Brossard library, until October 31.
Consult the Brigade B section for all the details.
The City of Saint-Lambert is very happy about this collaborative effort. As of January 9, you will be able to use the Brossard Library free of charge during the renovation work on our library.
To benefit from this service in Brossard, you must first register at Saint-Lambert’s temporary library. To do so:
- Drop by the multi-purpose centre as of January 9.
- Hand in your Citizen’s Card at the service counter.
- Take back your Citizen’s Card, on which a temporary membership number for the Brossard Library will have been placed.
How it works
Once you have registered here in Saint-Lambert, simply present your Citizen’s Card at the Brossard Library to benefit from services.
Return of documents
The documents borrowed from the Brossard Library will have to be returned to that library. Under no circumstances may you return these documents to Saint-Lambert’s temporary library.
