2018 winter-spring recreation program

Wednesday 15 November 2017

The Leisure à la carte program is published in the fall, the winter, and the summer. In it you'll find everything you need to know about the sports and community activities being offered by the City and its partner organizations.

You have the option of registering online for leisure activities.

Special telephone support for online registration will be available between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on the first night of the registration by calling 450-466-3890.

Two activities added to the recreation program
After the Leisure à la carte program had gone to print, two new courses focusing on relaxation were added to the 2018 winter session.
• Feldenkrais method (using body movement to teach self awareness and improve function), Mondays, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.;
• Tai chi, Mondays, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (beginners) and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (intermediate/advanced).

The session runs from January 15 to 23 (break on April 2). Register for these at the same time and using the same procedure as all the other recreational activities.
