Request for minor exemption (625 Birch Avenue)
Notice is hereby given that a request for a minor exemption concerning the following property has been submitted to the Saint-Lambert Municipal Council:
- 625 Birch Avenue
The request is to obtain a minor exemption to reduce the rear setback to 5.8 metres, whereas the table of specific provisions for zone RB-1 of the Zoning by-law 2008-43 stipulates that the rear setback must be a minimum of 7.5 metres.
The Ville de Saint-Lambert Municipal Council will rule on the said request at its regular sitting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on October 2, 2017 at 55 Argyle Avenue, Saint-Lambert. All interested parties could make their views known to the Council at this meeting.
