Request for a minor exemption (241 Osborne Avenue)
Notice is hereby given that a request for a minor exemption concerning the following property has been submitted to the Saint-Lambert Municipal Council:
- 241 Osborne Street
The request is to obtain a minor exemption, for an extension built in 2003, to reduce the secondary front setback to 4 metres from De l’Union Boulevard, whereas the table of specific provisions for zone RA-7 of Zoning by-law 2008-43 stipulates that the front setback must be a minimum of 4.5 metres.
The request also seeks to obtain a minor exemption, for an existing shed built in 2001, to reduce the secondary front setback to 1.22 metres from the right-of-way of De l’Union Boulevard, whereas section 3.4 c) of Zoning by-law 2008-43 stipulates that any setback adjacent to a street shall be considered as a front setback.
The Ville de Saint-Lambert Municipal Council will rule on the said request at its regular sitting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on January 22, 2018 at 55 Argyle Avenue, Saint-Lambert. All interested parties could make their views known to the Council at this meeting.
