Urban beekeeping project: Residents invited to take part in educational workshops

Friday 22 September 2017

As part of its urban beekeeping project, the City of Saint-Lambert will be hosting two workshops where residents can learn more about the honey production and extraction process.

Both workshops will take place at 35 Fort Avenue on Saturday, October 7, one at 10 a.m. and the other at 11:30 a.m. During these interactive workshops, participants will watch an artisanal process of extracting and potting honey produced by our city’s very own beehives. They will also have the chance to taste our delicious urban honey!

Both workshops are free and limited to 30 people. Residents wishing to participate must reserve their places by calling the Environment Division at 450-466-3199 or writing to environnement@saint-lambert.ca
