Call for proposals: The Saint-Lambert Open Air Museum expands its collection
In the spring of 2018, the City of Saint-Lambert will expand its tourist-oriented arts circuit, the Open Air Museum, with the addition of 6 new works.
The City would like this prestigious project to also provide an opportunity for both emerging and local community artists to gain visibility and recognition for their talent.
Accordingly, the City of Saint-Lambert is pleased to launch a call for proposals, after which it will choose one proposal from an emerging professional artist and one submitted by a professional artist from Saint-Lambert. Proposals must be received at City Hall no later than December 15, 2017 at 3 p.m.
An all-new feature in 2018 will be the addition of an original sculptural work to the Open Air Museum’s collection. Visitors taking a tour of the Museum’s arts circuit will be able to admire this work, which will be set up in one of the city’s green spaces. The call for proposals for this work will be launched later this fall.
The proposal requirements and all the project details are available in the Call for proposals page.
